Welcome to Full Swing – Chichester's exciting new destination for sport, games, drinks and entertainment!

We're not your typical sports bar. We've taken the traditional night out and given it a serious upgrade, bringing together state-of-the-art golf simulators, augmented darts, interactive mini golf, pool tables, arcade games, live sports, music and a fantastic bar, all under one roof.
 

Whether our guests are enjoying a competitive round of golf, celebrating a birthday, watching the big match or simply catching up over drinks, we're here to make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

You don't need to be a golf expert or a technology whizz. If you've got a great attitude, confidence, a friendly personality and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest!

The Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the Full Swing experience.

This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll be part of a team that gets involved in all areas of the venue, making sure every customer receives a fantastic welcome and enjoys their time with us.

One minute you could be helping guests get started on our golf simulators, welcoming a group booking or serving drinks at the bar.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, exciting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

• Managing customer bookings, check-ins, payments and enquiries.

• Helping guests use our golf simulators, augmented darts, interactive mini golf and other entertainment facilities.

• Hosting group activities, birthday celebrations, corporate bookings and special events.

• Serving drinks, Food and refreshments while maintaining excellent hospitality standards.

• Keeping our gaming stations, bar areas and venue clean, safe and ready for guests.

• Promoting our activities and helping customers discover everything Full Swing has to offer.

• Handling customer questions and resolving minor issues with confidence and professionalism.

• Supporting the wider team with opening, closing, stock replenishment and general venue operations.

• Following all company procedures, including health and safety, licensing and responsible alcohol service.

What We're Looking For

• Are comfortable learning to use new technology and gaming equipment.

• Have a good eye for detail and understand the importance of a clean, well-presented venue.

• Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or customer service is an advantage, but it's not essential.

We'll provide the training you need to become part of the Full Swing team.
